Djokovic vs Sinner Head-to-Head
Novak Djokovic leads Jannik Sinner 2-0 in their head to head on the ATP Tour. Djokovic easily won their first meeting on the clay a couple of years back, but the far more intriguing match they played for this upcoming match was at the Championships in the previous year, where Djokovic came back from a 2 set deficit, and although Sinner will be expected to make Djokovic work again, Djokovic remains the clear favorite to advance to the final.

Djokovic vs Sinner Prediction
We have a Wimbledon rematch from 12 months ago pitting second seed Novak Djokovic and eighth seed Jannik Sinner. Djokovic took down Andrey Rublev in four sets, fighting off a very high level from the Russian as Sinner took down another Russian in Roman Safiullin in four sets as well. Both players are playing at a very high level and this semifinal will be competitive.
The pair clashed last year here in the quarterfinals, with Djokovic winning from two sets to love down, and I think that result from last year will be ominous for the outcome of this match. Djokovic will enjoy playing against Sinner, as he loves to redirect pace and Sinner will give him plenty of that. The upside for Sinner is he won’t be camping in his backhand corner like Rublev does, so he’ll be far more comfortable trading backhands with Djokovic, but Djokovic will play his typical aggressive game, and I don’t think Sinner will have the answers to take him out, but I still expect a competitive contest as Djokovic seeks his 35th grand slam final here at the 2023 Wimbledon Championships.
