Miomir Kecmanovic has played a solid clay swing so far, reaching his second ATP final of the season in Estoril and only losing to top seed Casper Ruud. Things didn’t go as planned in Madrid and Rome where he picked up first-round losses, but he’s returning to winning touch in Lyon, swatting aside lucky loser Roca Batalla in straight sets. Jack Draper, meanwhile, played in his second clay-court tournament of the season and took little time to adjust to the conditions in Lyon, winning his first match 6-2, 6-3 against Alexandre Muller. Draper’s serve might not be as effective as it is on fast courts, but he can still generate a good amount of pace.
