It was perhaps the most disappointing performance in Lehecka’s 2023 season which has seen him rise to a career-high No. 36. Wolf in the main draw, beating the American in straight sets. Prior to the match, a lot was mentioned about how Wolf was going to dominate the baseline duels with his easy power off the ground, but he only created two break points in the match.
