Kyle Edmund will be feeling pretty unlucky having to draw Jannik Sinner in the first round after just losing to him pretty comfortably in Adelaide. To be quite frank, his only chance of coming out of this match is with Sinner suffering an injury, and while at this point that honestly isn’t out of the realm of possibility, it still isn’t something that you count on and it’s ultimately very likely that Sinner goes through this one and into the 2nd round of the 2023 Australian Open.

As alluded to earlier, Sinner picked up an easy 6-3 6-2 win over Edmund, and I don’t expect this match to go any differently.
