Tiafoe’s game won’t be as good on such a slow hard court, but with his complete and flashy game, I expect him to take down Marcos Giron for a spot in the last 32 of the 2023 Indian Wells Masters.

Marcos Giron got a solid first win, and I actually think his game translates quite nicely to this surface, and I certainly expect him to give Frances Tiafoe some challenges. With a good amount of finishing power from the back of the court, he’ll be able to dictate play and get into a lot of the rallies, but Tiafoe’s arsenal may prove too good as the two Americans clash for a spot in the next round at the 2023 Indian Wells Masters.
