On the other hand, Tiafoe has just entered the top 10 for the first time and won a title on grass. If Dimitrov is on fire, it’s really tough to stop him, and although Tiafoe can play some really good tennis at his best, he has a relatively low floor.

While Dimitrov has an arguably lower floor, I don’t expect him to drop off from his best with the consistency he’s shown throughout the grass season as well as his general comfort and experience on the surface. It’s Tiafoe’s first time entering a slam in which he’s expected to have a pretty deep run, and I think not only the pressure will get to him, but also Dimitrov’s brilliant grass-court tennis which will help the Bulgarian take this match in an epic fashion to advance to the second week of the 2023 Wimbledon Championships.
