The Spaniard has developed into a real kryptonite for Medvedev and now leads the head-to-head 5-2, including a 2-1 record on grass. What is even more perplexing, he’s now beaten Medvedev every season since 2020. Bautista Agut has also fared well against Medvedev’s fellow Russian Andrey Rublev.
