This will be a fascinating one, where the 21 time grand slam champion takes on a player who’s not only in good form, but one who has given him a good run for his money in the past. Novak Djokovic has been playing some absolutely amazing tennis, excusing a loss in the Laver Cup which very well may have come from his wrist, he swept Tel Aviv and didn’t drop a set en route to the quarterfinals, with 3 6-1 sets and 1 6-3 set. As he comes up against Karen Khachanov, it will without a doubt be his toughest match yet, but he still comes in as the clear favorite, although I think Khachanov can still give him a tough time here at the 2022 Astana Open.
