Still, I do like the matchup for him if he can really amp up the serve and target the Tsitsipas backhand, he may just have a chance here at the 2022 Laver Cup.

Frances Tiafoe lost a beatdown to Novak Djokovic, and honestly, his performance wasn’t all too bad, Djokovic was just absolutely flawless. Tiafoe’s chances may look up if he gives it his all here against Stefanos Tsitsipas, he knows how to play him and if he’s serving well, the match could be decided off his racquet. Tsitsipas loves the slower courts though, and Tiafoe’s strengths are really lifted up by a quicker court speed, let’s see if Tsitsipas is able to put this one to bed at the 2022 Laver Cup.

All their meetings have come on very quick courts, but Tsitsipas was still able to take off 2 wins. While Tiafoe is playing the tennis of his life, if he gets into too many long rallies and doesn’t serve at that high of a percentage, which I think is very likely, it could get very dangerous for the American. While I expect some drama here, Tsitsipas will clutch it out for Team Europe and get the victory on the final day of the 2022 Laver Cup.
