Going into the Australian Open, Ugo was expected to make some waves early on, however, he lost in shocking fashion to his next opponent here at the 2022 Montpellier Open, Richard Gasquet. Humbert will be disappointed with this, and he will know that a good win here will allow him to gain some momentum back as he aims to get back on track in 2022.
