Burrage is playing in the first semifinal of her career, having done so quite spectacularly, beating three players who are all ranked higher in comparison. Burrage has accumulated more minutes than Cornet which might favor the experienced world no. 72. And the Frenchwoman has been as tight as a taxman’s purse in getting that ball to fly past her. Cornet with all her experience on grass should be too good for Burrage.
