Albert Ramos-Vinolas will know that he is the title favourite now and that if he is playing at his best, he should win his 2nd title of the year here at the 2021 Umag Open. Albert is so good from the baseline on clay because he has great stamina and movement, allowing him to stay in long and draining rallies and tire his opponents out. Now, Albert will know he has a serious challenge from his younger Spaniard, Carlos Alcaraz, in this Semi-Final, so he will have to utilize all of his experience to come through.
Albert Ramos-Vinolas and Carlos Alcaraz have met 1 time before, with Carlos Alcaraz leading the head to head 1-0. Although Albert Ramos-Vinolas has been great this week, Carlos has been even better. Carlos has so much talent/potential and when he is confident in his game, as we have seen recently, he is very hard to beat.
